Edfords Farm & Butchery develop our selection of sausages and have created a range of flavours all of which have no preservatives and are gluten free.

We will always have our two biggest sellers available and then add other popular flavours.

You can then choose any combination of the three flavours.

We often have all our flavours available so when ordering Sausage of the Month we will let you know which flavours we have in stock and you’ll have a choice.

A completely gluten and preservative free sausage is a rare thing, the flavours all have a minimum of 96%-98% Edfords Organic Pork in them and nothing but herbs and spices to make the flavour.

It is a very meaty product so those of you who normally find you need three or four sausages on the plate may find you need less….we can’t guarantee you’ll want less though!!

We pride ourselves on our flavours which have all been developed in house, this means you’ll be buying a truly unique product made by our recipe rather than a mass produced sausage mix full of rusk and preservatives.

Available to order for Delivery or Collection and there are always sausages in the shop either fresh or frozen.
