Buying From Us

Edfords Farm Butchery is a small butchery on a farm so there just isn't enough time to have the shop open all the time, this is why we have chosen to only open the shop once per month and the rest of the time you can order online for collection or delivery.

We work with a number of other farmers across the county and spend three weeks in every four working for other farms, this means there is only one week per month for us to cut our own fresh products so thats exactly what we do, we prepare all of our products fresh for the counter and open the shop on one Saturday from 10am-2pm. The details of our next open shop days are advertised on social media and emailed to our subscribers. Visiting us for these open days means you will be buying the freshest products we make, a couple of days after the shop closes we freeze our remaining stock and update our website, please be aware that if you order from us outside of our shop opening times you are likely to receive frozen products in your order.
