Cajun Pork Kofta

Our Pork Kofta are made using Edfords Organic Pork and a selection of Organic Herbs and Spices.

We didn’t want these to be too hot so they’re quite a mild Cajun spiced kofta ideal for family BBQ’s

 

Edfords Pork products all come from Gloucester Old Spot or Large Black Pigs raised here on our farm, all fed a Soy Free Organic Diet our pigs live outside their entire lives and live as naturally as is possible.
All born on the farm from our pedigree breeding pigs they are raised slowly
 
As with all our products these are packaged on a home compostable tray.
