It’s our first year raising Organic Geese for Christmas, they have been entirely reared here on our farm and have lived a free ranging life on grass.

We expect the Geese to finish between 3.5 - 5kg, everything is done on farm, we will dry pluck and wax the goose for a perfect finish ready to play the starting role as your Christmas centrepiece.
