Cumberland Sausages

Our Cumberland Sausages are made here at Edfords, the ingredients are pretty simple and the herbs needed grow all year round so we grow them ourselves.

As with all our Sausages they are from our own recipes and we like to keep it simple, the Cumberland Sausage contains Edfords Organic Pork, Edfords home grown Rosemary, Sage & Thyme and a small amount of salt, there’s no need for any of the other ingredients you’ll see on others sausages so these are:

Please Note: As a small butchery we don't always make every sausage flavour every week and when we do we make them in small batches, we keep all our flavours in stock frozen so on occasion your order may contain frozen sausages.
