Turkeys

Edfords Farm Turkeys are Organic, Norfolk Blacks.

We love this local, traditional breed as they offer a beautiful flavour we know will lift any Christmas Dinner. All our turkeys are hatched from our own breeding groups and raised here on the farm from day one, on top of this they’re also fed an entirely soya free and GM free organic feed.

As ever we are unable to give you the exact weight you ask for but if your turkey is larger we will not charge you any extra and in the unusual event that it is smaller we will only charge you for what you receive.

 Bacon, Sausage Meat and Chipolatas

Everything in our Christmas boxes is Organic, the Bacon is dry cured here in our butchery and smoked on site too, this is properly smoked bacon rather than smoke flavoured as sold by many.

Our Chipolatas and Sausage Meat are all gluten free and preservative free containing at least 97% Edfords Organic Pork.
