As with all our sausages our Garlic & Herb are made her from our own recipe, you won’t be surprised to hear that the ingredients are pretty simple and contain Edfords Organic Pork, Organic Garlic and Organic Herbs, beyond that we add a little salt but there’s no additives, preservatives or rusk in any of our sausages so there are:

Please Note: As a small butchery we don't always make every sausage flavour every week and when we do we make them in small batches, we keep all our flavours in stock frozen so on occasion your order may contain frozen sausages.
