The place where the Ribeye meets the Sirloin this is a spectacular cut kept on the bone. The Wing Rib can be treated as a small roasting joint, cooked like a steak or works particularly well when cooked over fire.
We would recommend that this could serve two to three people but we also wouldn’t rule out it being a fantastic meal for one!
