Organic Chorizo Style Sausages

Our own recipe, these chorizo style sausages are a cooking chorizo, they’re great as a stand alone sausage or added to a paella, casserole or jambalaya.

We based this recipe on cured chorizo we’ve made at home so it’s packed with paprika, fennel and garlic for a real punch of flavour.

like all our sausages these are gluten free and contain no preservatives with a meat content of 96%

Please Note: As a small butchery we don't always make every sausage flavour every week and when we do we make them in small batches, we keep all our flavours in stock frozen so on occasion your order may contain frozen sausages.
