Edfords Organic Gammon Joint

As with all our pork products our Gammons are made from our Gloucester Old Spot or Large Black Pigs all born and raised here on our farm and fed a soya free, organic diet for their entire lives.

We cut our Gammons and cure them here in our own butchery and can offer smoked or unsmoked, we use traditional smoking so where many “smoked” products contain “smoke flavour” we use a modern smoker for a sensational flavour.
