Organic Lamb Shanks

Organic Lamb Shanks from our superb grass fed organic sheep, these will be from our Norfolk Horn or Jacob Sheep, slowly grown on our own fields and fed nothing but organic grass and hay from our fields.

Shanks make a fantastic meal, slowly cook them until they’re ready to fall of the bone giving a beautifully tender, melt in the mouth meat packed with flavour.
