Lamb sold through Edfords Farm Butchery always comes from traditional breed sheep raised right here on our farm.

This year for the frist time in a long time we are offering lamb as well as hogget for this reason we will advertise lamb and hogget individually.

All this years lambs have been on nothing but our grass, this a grass full of herbs and flowers and that is reflected in the flavour.
