Presented on the bone the Belly roast offers a great alternative to a rolled joint, you can cook this knowing you're very unlikely to take it too far, the fat layers keep the meat moist throughout the cooking time while allowing the skin to crisp to a beautiful crackling.
Edfords Pork products all come from Gloucester Old Spot or Large Black Pigs raised here on our farm, all fed a Soy Free Organic Diet our pigs live outside their entire lives and live as naturally as is possible.
All born on the farm from our pedigree breeding pigs they are raised slowly
