The lesser seen Spare Rib Steak is one of our favourites here at Edfords, this is the "ribeye" of pork, a tender steak with a spectacular fat to meat ratio, the flavour is one you'll want more of, grilled, fried or barbecued this is a special cut.

Edfords Pork products all come from Gloucester Old Spot or Large Black Pigs raised here on our farm, all fed a Soy Free Organic Diet our pigs live outside their entire lives and live as naturally as is possible.
All born on the farm from our pedigree breeding pigs they are raised slowly
 
As with all our products these are packaged on a home compostable tray.
