Organic Dry Cured Streaky Bacon

Bacon needs no introduction, ours is thick sliced and will contain at least six rashers per pack. We dry cure our bacon using our own organic cure and hang our bacon before slicing.
We smoke each batch naturally, the wood used varies so it may be apple, maple or oak smoked, this is done traditionally with cold smoke passing the bacon over several hours.
Edfords Pork products all come from Gloucester Old Spot or Large Black Pigs raised here on our farm, all fed a Soy Free Organic Diet our pigs live outside their entire lives and live as naturally as is possible.
All born on the farm from our pedigree breeding pigs they are raised slowly
ingredients: organic pork, Himalayan rock salt, organic cane sugar, juniper berries, bay leaves.
To preserve the shelf life of our nitrite free bacon this is one of our only products which we vacuum pack.
