The best steak of them all you’ll find beautiful marbling allowing the steak to cook beautifully using its own fat to create a delicate texture and superb flavour.
Our Beef comes from one of our three chosen farm partners who share our ethos for traditional organic farming and will be Dry aged for a minimum of 28 days.
