Organic Beef Silverside
Often referred to as a "pot roast" the Silverside is a fabulous joint of beef to slowly roast, wrapped in paper or popped in a lidded pot we recommend this cut of beef is left to cook low and slow for a beautiful tender yet well done roast.
Our Beef comes from one of our three chosen farm partners who share our ethos for traditional organic farming and will be Dry aged for a minimum of 28 days.
