Made with Edfords Organic Pork and a Chinese Style Rub created by us so we can ensure that, like our other products, everything is organic, gluten free and contains no preservatives

Edfords Pork products all come from Gloucester Old Spot or Large Black Pigs raised here on our farm, all fed a Soy Free Organic Diet our pigs live outside their entire lives and live as naturally as is possible.
All born on the farm from our pedigree breeding pigs they are raised slowly
 
As with all our products these are packaged on a home compostable tray.
