Organic Beef

Organic Beef sold through Edfords Farm & Butchery is carefully sourced from local organic farms who share our ethos for raising pedigree livestock in traditional methods.

We work with Three farmers who are all rearing cattle on a small scale all within 50 miles of our farm, we don't buy our beef from anywhere else so we know what we are selling and how it has been raised. We then dry age for a minimum of 28 days and up to 42 days. The Three Farms each raise different breeds so we will let you know if we are stocking Aberdeen Angus, Shorthorn or Red Poll Beef when you buy from us.
