Edfords produces organic chicken and turkey, all our birds. are raised long and slow and fed a soy free diet, it's very important to us that our poultry is raised in the best possible way and this typically leads to supply being limited to certain times of year. Over the past few years avian flu has lead to restrictions on how our birds live so we reduce our numbers during this time for better welfare.
Turkeys are raised seasonally, we breed our own Norfolk Black Turkeys, a local breed for centuries they produce a superb quality meat.
